Only albums sold by Seoul Spot are official items sourced directly from Korea. All other items available on our website—including photocards, keychains, stickers, posters, photocard accessories, and lifestyle products—are non-official and are selected randomly for fun.

Certain features may require creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information and for notifying us of any suspected unauthorized activity.

By registering, you may receive promotional emails. You may unsubscribe at any time.

2. User Submissions

Any reviews, comments, or feedback (“Submissions”) you provide may be used by Seoul Spot for marketing or operational purposes.

You agree not to submit false, misleading, or inappropriate information.

Seoul Spot reserves the right to remove or edit Submissions at its discretion.

User-Generated Content (UGC) & Social Media Tags

By tagging @seoulspotuae or using Seoul Spot–related hashtags on social media, you grant Seoul Spot a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to share, repost, or feature your content (including photos, videos, and captions) on our website and official social channels. Proper credit will be provided.

3. Orders, Pricing & Bulk Purchases

Seoul Spot may refuse, cancel, or request additional verification for any order at its discretion.

In the event of pricing errors or incorrect product information, we may cancel the order or contact you for confirmation before proceeding.

Bulk or resale orders require prior written approval from Seoul Spot.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site—including text, images, graphics, videos, logos, and designs—is the property of Seoul Spot and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use, duplication, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

5. Applicable Law & Arbitration

These Terms are governed by the laws of Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

Any disputes arising from the use of the Site or from these Terms shall be resolved through private arbitration in Dubai, UAE.

6. Termination

Seoul Spot may terminate or suspend your access to the Site at any time, without prior notice, for any reason. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Site.

7. Returns, Refunds & Exchange Policy

Refunds or exchanges are only offered for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.

Returns due to change of mind are not accepted.

Limited edition campaign items are strictly non-refundable. Campaign terms may change.

Requests must be submitted within 2 days of receiving the order, along with proof of purchase.

8. Shipping & Delivery Policy

Delivery is available across all Emirates within the UAE.

Estimated delivery times are provided for convenience but may vary due to unforeseen delays.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. Seoul Spot is not liable for delays caused by carriers or incorrect address details.

We accept card payments 💳 and Cash on Delivery (COD) 💵 — whichever is easiest for you! ✨

9. Product Authenticity Statement

Seoul Spot provides a selection of officially licensed and non-licensed merchandise. All items are sourced from trusted suppliers and accurately described on the Site. Each product listing clearly indicates whether an item is official or unofficial, ensuring transparency and informing customers about the authenticity of their purchase.

All products sold on the Site are genuine, authentic, and sealed unless otherwise stated. Any counterfeit or tampered items will be replaced or refunded in accordance with our Returns Policy. Unofficial items are not licensed, certified, or endorsed by any artists, entertainment companies, or rights holders unless explicitly stated.

10. Pre-Order Policy

Pre-orders are exclusively available to Seoul Spot Loyalty Card Members.

Pre-orders may only be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order. After this period, cancellations are not permitted.

11. Privacy & Data Protection

Your personal data is collected and processed in accordance with UAE data protection laws.

Information may be used for order processing, customer service, and marketing communications (if consented).

Seoul Spot does not sell personal information to third parties.

Analytics tools (including Google, Meta/Facebook, and TikTok pixels) are used to improve website performance.

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data at any time.
