Are your items official K-pop merch?

= We offer official K-pop albums sourced directly from Korea.

All other products are classified as non-official fan merchandise.

Do you also sell unofficial items?

= Yes! We offer a fun selection of non-official K-things like lomo cards, photocards, stickers, and cute accessories! all perfect for collecting and gifting.

These items are non-official and selected randomly for fun.

Do you sell handmade or custom items too?

= We don’t. All our items are carefully curated from trusted retail partners to keep your collection stylish and authentic. ✨

Will sold-out items be restocked?

= Most of our products are super limited, only 10 units per SKU! Once it’s gone, it’s gone 😭 But follow our socials for restock alerts.

Can I request a specific K-pop group or K-drama product?

= Yes! Use our Pre-Order Form on the website to request your favorite group or product.

How can I be sure I’m buying authentic albums?

= We source directly from official Korean distributors, so your albums are guaranteed 100% genuine.

What payment methods do you accept?

= Online payments via Ziina (Visa, MasterCard, ADCB, etc,)

Do you offer Cash on Delivery?

= Yes, Cash on Delivery is available.

Can I pay in AED or USD?

= All prices are in AED.

Can I return or exchange an item?

= Limited edition items (like albums, or drops) cannot be returned or exchanged.

What should I do if I receive a damaged or wrong item?

= If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 2 days of receiving your order.

Include your order number, a short description, and photos or videos showing the issue.

Once confirmed, you can choose between store credit or a refund for your online purchase.

Do you offer refunds for online purchases?

= Yes. Refunds or store credits are available only if your order arrives damaged, because we want to make sure you always get your goodies in perfect condition ✨
