Products must be in good condition, with the original tags and packaging intact, to qualify for review in case of a defect or damage.

All sales are final, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product is defective or damaged.

Music vinyls and other sealed collectibles can’t be returned once opened, unless they’re faulty and don’t play correctly.

Please double-check sizes, colors, and product details before purchasing, our team is happy to help if you’re unsure! 💬

🔍 If You Receive a Defective or Damaged Item

Don’t worry — we’ll take care of it 💖

Contact us within 2 days of receiving your order.

Include your order number, a quick description, and photos/videos showing the issue.

Once confirmed, we’ll offer:

 -💳 Store Credit (for in-store purchases)

 -💸 Your choice of Store Credit or Refund (for online orders, since we know visiting the      store may not be easy)

Your store credit or refund will be processed within 7 business days after confirmation.
